One of the first pages about Dress Up Games I found some years ago was eLouai. I especially loved the Candybar Dolls. They use pixel based pictures that are shiny and glittering. You can put the pictures together and then save it to your desktop or put a direct pic like I did it here:
There are also some games to create a room or a little scene, very cute.
You can also find a whole bunch of dress up games and makeover games. Some of the games seem to be down at the moment but I’m sure they are ready again after checking back in a while.
They’ve also added some new stuff since the time I was visiting this site. Like some jigsaws and a funny pet salon game.
